Tree Center Pieces

This last Saturday my family and I got to experience something wonderful: a party celebrating the adoption of a sweet little boy to our good friends Jess and Ryan! The lovely event had a tree theme and was beautifully done – delicious food, a fun photo booth, and, these really fantastic handmade centerpieces.

Jess and Ryan always know how to do things right and are incredibly creative. They made these adorable trees by drilling three holes in a piece of wood and then inserting dowels. The trees are made out of felt stitched with embroidery thread and buttons and then stuffed. Aren’t they so sweet?! I was lucky enough to get to take one home. Right now it is living on our dining room table. But I think it is going to be the inspiration for the new baby’s space!
